Founder & Lead Concierge
Calgary-based, Héctor founded Tourist Medical Services after years guiding Canadians and Americans through medical travel to Puerto Vallarta. He oversees every patient journey personally.
Patient Coordinator (Mexico)
Based in Puerto Vallarta, Marisol coordinates on-the-ground logistics — hospital admissions, transport, and recovery — in Spanish and English.
